Transportation Service Terms
Airport Transfers
- For airport arrivals, our drivers will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time. For departures, our drivers will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If you request the driver to wait beyond this period, please note that a waiting fee may be charged directly by the driver.
- You are responsible for verifying the agreed pickup date and ensuring that your arrival at the airport terminal is at least 10 minutes before check-in begins (not when it ends) and, under no circumstances, less than two hours before your flight's departure time.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes and Cancellations by the Customer
Any changes (e.g., flight delays) to your booking details must be communicated through the contact page on our website or via email at booking@liggotransfers.com before the travel date.
Changes will only take effect once they have been verified and confirmed via email.
a. If you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no cancellation fees apply.
b. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time (as stated on the voucher), a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Changes and Cancellations by the Company
We will make every effort to honor your booking request; however, for operational or safety reasons, we may need to arrange an alternative service.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your transfer. If this happens, you will receive a 100% refund (processed within 30 days), but we will not be liable for any additional costs arising from the cancellation. However, we will do our best to arrange suitable alternatives for any canceled reservations.
Refund Policy
- Any service cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to booking@liggotransfers.com.
- If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the full amount paid will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. - Refunds will be processed within 15 days.
Baby & Child Seats
- Each country has different regulations regarding the use of child and infant seats.
- Child/infant seats will be provided (if reserved in advance) whenever possible, at no additional cost.
Luggage Allowance
- Our rates include:
Up to 2 checked bags + 2 carry-on bags for Comfort and Executive vehicles.
Up to 8 checked bags for XL vehicles.
Passengers will be responsible for any additional costs if extra vehicles are required due to undeclared excess luggage. - Extra luggage and oversized items may incur additional charges.
