Can I make a reservation via email and WhatsApp?

Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. If you have paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

If my flight is canceled by the airline, will I receive a refund?

Yes, in such cases, we will refund the amount paid.

How can I pay for my reservation?

You can pay in cash directly to the driver after the service, or make an advance payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card through a payment link that we will send along with your booking confirmation.

How do I find the driver at the airport?

Before your trip, you will receive a message via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with instructions on where to meet your driver at the airport.

What should I do if I cannot find the driver?

Do you provide child and baby seats?

Yes, we offer baby and child seats at no additional cost.

I did not receive my service voucher. What should I do?

Your transfer confirmation email serves as your voucher. If you cannot find it in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will resend it.
